Movement and rest belong naturally together in Santa Teresa.
Private yoga sessions can be arranged at VISTA NALU or with selected local teachers. Guests can also choose from nearby yoga studios, Pilates, functional training, massage and other bodywork.
The experience does not need to follow a fixed programme. It can be as active, restorative or unstructured as you want it to be.

Booking the entire property gives families, friends and small groups space to spend time together while still enjoying the privacy of separate residences.
